- Some items may be marked to designate them as 2nds (usually on the YAMA label).
- Sorry, our seam sealing service is not offered for discounted items (get seam sealer here).
Condition
- A :: 1st Quality, but something is different from stock. (0 - 10% off)
- B :: Cosmetic 2nds: minor issues not expected to impact function or reliability. (10 - 20% off)
- C :: 2nds: Issues that may have a slight impact on function, if any. (20 - 30% off)
- D :: 2nds: Issues that could impact function or reliability. (30 - 40% off)
- P :: Prototypes
- O :: Other
Shipping Information
While most orders ship out within 1 - 3 business days, please allow up to one week for us to ship your order. This gives us some scheduling flexibility for getting out on the trail!*
*If you select seam sealing services with your purchase, please allow a few extra days for us to seal the item(s) and ship your order.

We use USPS and UPS for domestic shipping.

- In rare cases when the calculated shipping rate significantly differs from the actual rate, we may revise the shipping rate and refund or bill you (with your approval) accordingly.
- Transit time is not guaranteed and does not include the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment (see the top of the page) or any posted lead times. It's not unusual for parcels to be delayed in customs and this is out of our control.
- Shipments made by USPS will hand over to your country's postal system at Customs; tracking may be limited after the handoff.
- International shipping is via FOB Bonner, Montana terms. This means YAMA Mountain Gear is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you run into a problem with your shipment, please let us know and we'll try to help. Ultimately, however, the customer bears the risk should something go wrong with shipping.
Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our products. Should you, the original owner, ever have a problem with your YAMA brand product caused by a defect in workmanship, please contact us to arrange repair or replacement. The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, normal wear and tear, or misuse, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and risk of loss or damage during shipment. Repairs not covered by the warranty can usually be performed for a reasonable fee.
YAMA will do its best to address warranty repairs and replacements in a timely manner, however, be aware that YAMA may close periodically, sometimes for extended periods (we need to get out on the trail sometimes!). During these times, if you have a warranty issue, send us an email and we'll reply as soon as we can. Reasonable efforts will be made to take care of the issue quickly, but in some cases you will have to wait until the shop reopens.

YAMA Labs products, and products purchased in the 'Closeouts' section of the store are not covered by the warranty unless otherwise stated.
