Pogies & Rain Skirts
Light layers for wet and cold days. Here's what each one does:
- What are pogies? Mitts that slip over your hands and around your trekking pole grips. You keep hold of your poles while your hands stay warm, and your fingers are free in a second when you need them.
- For wind and cold rain: Rain Pogies, a light shell that keeps rain and wind off your hands, from about half an ounce a pair. Add the Alpha Direct lining for extra warmth.
- For below freezing: Insulated Pogies, filled with Primaloft Gold, with a magnetic opening that snaps shut around your pole.
- To protect your legs: the Rain Skirt wraps around your waist and closes with snaps. It's a simple, comfortable alternative to rain pants, from 2.0 oz.
