Do you offer sponsorship or ambassadorship?
Except for occasional cases where an environmental effort is involved, we do not offer sponsorship or support.
Neither do we have formal ambassadors. Sometimes, we'll engage with customers who have shown genuine love for what we do and who've provided constructive feedback. We believe in nurturing relationships, organically built .
Do you offer customizations?
Unfortunately, I'm no longer able to customize products. I do, however, offer custom rectangular tarps which you can configure here: https://yamamountaingear.com/products/custom-tarp
Do you have a warranty?
We're proud of the quality of our products and put effort into designing and building them to last as long as possible. See our Warranty here.
Do you allow returns?

Which shelter is best for me?
Everyone is different and the best shelter for you is very much a personal choice. You can see some of the considerations on our Shelter Types page. If you'd like our perspective, shoot us a message.
What material do you recommend?

Do you ship internationally?
I'm afraid that I'm no longer able to offer international shipping. I hope to be able to again someday in the future. You can find current domestic shipping rates and information here.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock items ship out the next business day, sometimes two. First Class shipping typically takes 2 - 5 business days in transit while Priority Mail is 2 - 3.
