Do you offer sponsorship or ambassadorship?

Except for occasional cases where an environmental effort is involved, we do not offer sponsorship or support.  

Neither do we have formal ambassadors.  Sometimes, we'll engage with customers who have shown genuine love for what we do and who've provided constructive feedback. We believe in nurturing relationships, organically built .

Do you offer customizations?

While we don't take on fully custom projects, we can sometimes make modifications or tweaks to our current products. Get in touch to find out if we're able to build your item the way you want it.

Do you have a warranty?

We're proud of the quality of our products and put effort into designing and building them to last as long as possible.  See our Warranty here.

Do you allow returns?

We offer a 30 day return period.  For details, see the Returns page.

Which shelter is best for me?

What material do you recommend?

Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take to receive my order?

We're typically able to ship accessories fairly quickly, but tarps, shelters, and backpacks typically involve a lengthy lead time.  You can see our current lead time in the banner at the top of the page or on the Lead Time page.

Can you rush my order?

We keep a pretty full schedule and can't rush orders.  If you have a trip coming up that's close to the expected lead time, please let us know or check with us to see if it might be feasible.
