Included: 18 ft of 1/16" shock cord, 7 mitten hooks, 3 mini barrel cordlocks
If pitching with a YAMA tarp or the stand-alone rigging kit, please see the following chart for suggested cord lengths:
For current bivy version: Coming*

- Tie a loop on one end of the shock cord using an overhand loop knot.
- Pass the cord through a cord lock.
- Pass the free end of the cord through the small webbing loop at the apex (direction: middle of bivy outward).
At the front, two webbing loops are provided, one on either side of the zipper. Pass the cord through the loop on the side opposite the side you'd like to bivy to open towards.) - Using a clinch knot, tie on a mitten hook to the free end of the cord.
At the middle of the ridge
(Optional. Connecting the this location to a point above can help to open up the inside of the bivy)
- Tie a loop on one end of the shock cord using an overhand loop knot.
- Pass the cord through a cord lock.
- Pass the free end of the cord through the small webbing loop at the apex.
- Using a clinch knot, tie on a mitten hook to the free end of the cord.

Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our products. Should you, the original owner, ever have a problem with your YAMA brand product due to a defect in workmanship, please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement. The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, normal wear and tear, or misuse, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and risk of loss or damage during shipment. Repairs not covered by the warranty can usually be performed for a reasonable fee.
YAMA will do its best to address warranty repairs and replacements in a timely manner; however, be aware that YAMA may close periodically, sometimes for extended periods (we need to get out on the trail sometimes!). During these times, if you have a warranty issue, send us an email, and we'll reply as soon as we can. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue quickly, but in some cases, you will have to wait until the shop reopens.
Please see the product description for any product-specific warranty policies.
