8.5' x 8.5' Flat Tarp - Silpoly

$125.00 Regular price $140.00

A great option for tinkerers who like to experiment with different pitches. Gridded tie-outs provide many pitching configurations for maximum adaptability. There are 16 tie-outs along the perimeter, and 9 within the panels and on the ridgeline. The interior tie-outs each include hangloops for draping a bug bivy or other items. To prevent wicking of water through from the outer to inner ties, part of the sealing process is performed during construction, and there is no direct thread connection between the ties.

  • SilPoly fabric won't sag when the temperature drops.
  • SilPoly fabric has lower water retention than SilNylon.
  • Lineloc tensioners at perimeter tie-outs ease pitch adjustment (removable).
  • UHMWPE Core guyline with reflective tracer included.

This tarp is made from SilPoly to avoid sag and minimize water retention. For higher tear strength, we can also make this tarp from SilNylon by request. The ridgeline of this tarp and panel tie-outs need to be seam sealed as per these instructions prior to use (or use our service).

Due to the increased versatility of this tarp we do not supply installed guylines and tensioners so as not to steer you towards any particular pitch. We recommend using our Fastline Clips with varying lengths of line so that you can easily relocate guylines on the tarp as needed.

Proudly made in the USA from imported fabric.
